A. Overview

 

1. All the terms of use of Beetours.com for booking, payment and quick payment of tickets and other services ("Terms of Use of Beetours.com and/or "Terms of Use") are posted on the website www.Beetours.com and provided by supporting team of Beetours.com (Beetours.com supporting center).

 

2. Administrator team of the website Beetours.com ("Beetours.com") and Beetours.com supporting center are under Beetours Vietnam Limited Liability Company with the headquarter in Hanoi, Vietnam. The detailed information of the company is presented in "Contact" on the website www.Beetours.com.

 

3. Beetours.com provides tickets for customers as a second-level agency of agencies verified by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and signing contracts with airlines under the IATA. Regarding tickets of low-cost carriers (LCC) and not members of the IATA, Beetours.com provides services as a representative of customers for signing ticket purchase contracts with these carriers.

 

4. As a second-level agency of agencies verified by the IATA, Beetours.com is a representative of airlines under the IATA for selling plane tickets to customers. Beetours.com is on behalf of flag carries to sign contracts with customers.

 

5. As an agency of LCC, Beetours.com does not take responsibility for level and quality of executing travelling contracts of LCC. Travelling contracts with LCC are signed by users of the website Beetours.com.

 

6. According to the Terms of Use of Beetours.com, the word "inevitable" means all the events cannot be avoided or prevented, especially incidents such as war, flood, fire, natural disaster, volcanic eruption, terrorist attack, strike, avalanche and hackers attacking the Internet or computer viruses that clog the service delivery.

 

7. Beetours.com supporting center carry out its responsibilities pursuant to the Terms of Use of Beetours.com via telephone or at the office of Beetours.com:

 

From Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 20:00

 

Saturday: 08:00 - 12:00

 

Beetours.com supporting center does not work on Sunday and holiday.

 

User, as defined by Beetours.com, is any individual, entity or organization that does not have legal standing to use services of Beetours.com.

 

8. The fare of a ticket paid by a user includes ticket price and other costs regulated by traditional airlines or LCC ("Airfare"). In addition to the price set by airlines and LCC, customers are required to pay Beetours.com for service fee ("Issuance fee"). The total airfare consists of ticket price and issuance fee and is informed to customers before payment.

 

9. Users are also asked to pay Beetours.com for transaction services ("Service fee") when carrying out transactions related to ticket cancellation (or other services for tourists), or changing information displayed on the ticket (or other services for tourists). The details of Service fee are shown in See in detail of Searching results on the website www.Beetours.com.

 

B. General conditions of electronic services

 

1. Agreement of the Terms of Use of Beetours.com is a requisite for using other services of Beetours.com and Beetours.com supporting center. the Terms of Use of Beetours.com are posted on www.Beetours.com/dieu-khoan-su-dung in the footer of the website www.Beetours.com. Users have to comply with these terms since starting to use the website www.Beetours.com and services of Beetours.com supporting center.

 

2. BOOKING refers to the act users enter the website of Beetours.com or call Beetours to buy plane tickets with criteria such as route, flight date asked by them.

 

3. ORDERING refers to the act users enter the website of Beetours.com or get Beetours.com supporting center to buy plane tickets of LCC. ORDERING of tickets from traditional airlines is also called ORDERING. If ORDERING of tickets from conventional carriers cannot be performed, as a result of any causes beyond the control of Beetours.com, 4. Users have to read and agree with conditions associated with BOOKING and ORDERING of tickets and other services on the website of Beetours.com.

 

5. LCC do not have to comply with transport regulations of the IATA. Transport regulations depend on each LCC.

 

6. The content of the website www.Beetours.com is protected by the Law.

 

7. To conduct BOOKING and ORDERING, each user needs to have an active phone number or email. Users agree that all transactions between them and Beetours.com are made via email and phone number already registered on the website of Beetours.com.

 

8. Users agree to allow Beetours.com to use their personal information provided to Beetours.com within permitted range to conduct BOOKING AND ORDERING and complain performance of BOOKING AND ORDERING within business scope of Beetours.com.

 

9. Trademark, company name, design and brand are publicized on the website www.Beetours.com protected by the Law. Users are not eligible for taking any action that violates the intellectual property rights of trademark, company names, designs and brand displayed on the website of Beetours.com.

 

10. Users agree that Beetours.com may report illegal access to the website of Beetours.com to the competent authorities.

 

Immunity

 

11. Users or persons named on the plane tickets need to have enough legal papers for air travel such as identity card, passport, visa at the time of BOOKING AND ORDERING. In case of BOOKING AND ORDERING of tickets for students, users and persons named on the plane tickets have to provide student cards within valid date.

 

12. Users have to take responsibility for not getting immigration visa and transit visa as prescribed. Users take charge of searching for visa requirements before BOOKING AND ORDERING.

 

13. Beetours.com takes no responsibility for failure of BOOKING AND ORDERING as a result of technical problems (errors of GDS system) or inevitable issues.

 

14. Air delivery services are responsibilities of traditional airlines and LCC with whom users sign contracts. Beetours.com takes no responsibility for the following cases:

 

• Any delay or change of the flights operated by traditional airlines and LCC;

 

• Quality of air services and other related ones (such as baggage loss);

 

• Customer already buying ticket without arriving at the airport to check in;

 

• Customer already buying ticket without using it and following the route;

 

• Customer already buying ticket without making use of all the routes (such as only taking one flight with return ticket);

 

• Customer rejected to enter the airplane due to lack of required personal papers such as lacking visa and using fake visa instead, passport, identity card, required papers for adolescents;

 

15. All the complaints concerning to executing travel contracts are made to traditional airlines or LCC by users. The complaints need to be complied with their regulations.

 

16. Beetours.com takes no responsibility for compensating users if the cause is identified to be inevitable.  

 

17. Beetours.com takes no responsibility for choosing flights of users or persons named on the tickets.

 

18. In any circumstances, the maximum level of compensation that Beetours.com compensates customers is equal to the service fee customers pay Beetours.com.

 

C. Booking of plane tickets and other services

 

BOOKING refers to the act users enter the website of Beetours.com or call Beetours.com to buy plane tickets with criteria such as route, flight date asked by them.

 

1. Users conduct BOOKING of tickets and other services via the website of Beetours.com or Beetours.com by dealing via telephone or meeting face-to-face.

 

2. Users agree with the Terms of Use when BOOKING tickets and other services on the website of Beetours.com.  

 

3. To perform BOOKING, users are asked to provide the following information for Beetours.com or Beetours.com supporting center:

 

• Users’ personal information, especially full name, email and phone number. If users buy tickets for others, they also need to give information of ticket users;

 

• Requirements for additional services - If required by users;

 

• Necessary information to issue VAT bill;

 

• Payment methods.

 

4. BOOKING is not complete if lacking one of the four above items.

 

5. To conduct BOOKING, users are asked to provide some information related to the tickets:

 

• Departure and destination;

 

• Departure date and return date;

 

• Number of adults (over 12 years old), number of infants (0-2 years old) and number of children (2-12 years old).

 

6. When starting BOOKING, users should check their information to be provided to ensure its accuracy. When deciding to make BOOKING, users should pay much attention to Fare, Service fee, Total costs, terms and conditions of using plane tickets of flag carriers and Terms of Use of Beetours.com.

 

7. The ticket price users receive from Beetours.com supporting center or the website of Beetours.com is set by Beetours.com. Beetours.com does not ensure that this price is fixed. It is only guaranteed when the ticket is issued. This term is not applicable to service fee of Beetours.com.

 

8. The deadlines for issuing booked tickets have to follow regulations of airlines. These deadlines can be shortened or changed and users have to comply with them.

 

9. After receiving a confirmation of BOOKING and payment from Beetours.com, users are immediately informed by Beetours.com if the price or ticket issuance deadline is changed. In this case, users are eligible for accepting to pay for the difference for BOOKING, following new payment and issuance deadline or cancelling BOOKING. If users decide to cancel BOOKING, they will receive all the money paid to Beetours.com. Airlines take charge of changing fare and issuance deadline. Beetours.com takes no responsibility for costs incurred due to BOOKING cancellation. Beetours.com also takes no responsibility if BOOKING is cancelled by airlines because Beetours.com fails to contact users or users do not respond to email or telephone. Users agree that airlines can change booking deadline and new booking deadline in a very short time from the time of receiving the notification.

 

10. Users take responsibility for the accuracy of the information presented in item 3 as well as attributes for selecting flights. Users understand and agree that after BOOKING, if there are any changes in information and attributes, users may have to make a new BOOKING. In this case, Beetours.com does not ensure that information about flights, fare, departure date and route remains as same as what Beetours.com sent to users for old BOOKING.

 

11. Users agree that some interfaces of the website of Beetours.com may provide some advices on flights. They are intended to serve promotions and users can accept or refuse these advices. Accepting or refusing is the business of users and Beetours.com takes no responsibility for their decisions.

 

12. Users’ booking is confirmed via email and SMS including booking code on the website of Beetours.com and all the information related to flight booked. If BOOKING is made via Beetours.com supporting center, booking code on the website of Beetours.com and all the information related to flight booked are delivered to users via email and SMS by Beetours.com supporting center. Specifically, the BOOKING information includes:

 

• Booking code (confirmation code);

 

• BOOKING deadline (payment deadline);

 

• Total costs, including fare and service fee;

 

• Route;

 

• Possible payment methods if users have not chosen to pay by credit cards and paid for BOOKING;

 

• Information about ticket user according to users’ reports;

 

• Other information related to plane ticket;

 

13. When sending BOOKING confirmation, Beetours.com attaches a link to its website. Users can read these Terms of Use by clicking on Terms of Use in the footer of the website of Beetours.com. The Terms of Use of Beetours.com can be sent to users by Beetours.com supporting center. With payment for completing BOOKING, users confirm that they understand and agree the Terms of Use of Beetours.com.

 

14. BOOKING confirmation sent to users by Beetours.com is not a plane ticket and invalid to take any flight.

 

15. The total costs consisting of fare and service fee are in Vietnam Dong and included value-added tax (VAT).

 

16. Users receive e-ticket once they make payment within BOOKING deadline indicated in BOOKING confirmation and the amount of payment fits article C, item 9 of the Terms of Use of Beetours.com.

 

17. Users understand that putting enough information into Payment as requested in BOOKING confirmation is a basis for completing BOOKING. Any delay or lack of information may lead to BOOKING failure.

 

18. Partial payment or payment after BOOKING deadline implies unsuccessful payment.

 

Payment

 

19. Users can make payment by one of the payment methods enlisted in Payment method on the website www.Beetours.com. Users understand that Beetours.com does not ensure all payment methods are applicable to different BOOKING forms. Payment methods for each BOOKING form can vary depending on BOOKING on traditional airline or LCC. Payment methods also rely on other factors of BOOKING and Beetours.vn’s policies on them.

 

20. Users agree that payment deadline, if not indicated in any terms of Terms of Use of Beetours.com, is understood as the date the total costs including fare and service fee is paid in cash during working hours of Beetours.com as prescribed in article A, item 7 of the Terms of Use. The detailed regulations related to payment deadline are revealed in article E of the Terms of Use - PURCHASE OF PLANE TICKETS AND OTHER SERVICES.

 

21. As prescribed in item 20, users can use the following payment methods offered by Beetours.com:

 

• Payment by credit card;

 

• Payment by transfer to Beetours.vn’s bank account;

 

• Payment via online payment providers

 

• Payment in cash at the office of Beetours.com or bank branches which Beetours.com has accounts at.

 

22. Pursuant to article C, item 9 of the Terms of Use, users agree that before the ticket is issued, Beetours.com does not ensure that the price as presented in BOOKING confirmation will not be changed. The ticket fare of all airlines can be changed completely. Users agree that the ticket fare can be changed even when they have paid for BOOKING until Beetours.com issues e-ticket.

 

23. At any time before Beetours.com issues the ticket, if its fare is changed, Beetours.com will immediately inform users via email or telephone in the working hours of Beetours.com. When informed about change of fare, users are eligible for accepting to pay for the difference for BOOKING or cancelling BOOKING. If users decide to cancel BOOKING as a result of fare change, they will receive all the money paid to Beetours.com. Airlines take charge of changing fare.

 

24. In case airlines change issuance deadlines, Beetours.com does not have to comply with the deadline already informed to users. If accepting new issuance deadline, users have to follow it. If not accepting, users are eligible for cancelling BOOKING. No payment made within issuance deadline means that users request BOOKING cancellation. In this case, they will receive all the money paid to Beetours.com. BOOKING is cancelled based on article C, item 9 of the Terms of Use.

 

25. Beetours.com takes no responsibility any incidents, including BOOKING fee because users agree to pay for the difference or to cancel BOOKING as airlines change ticket fare or issuance deadline. This term is not applicable to the amount of money users have paid for BOOKING before cancelling BOOKING. According to article C, item 9, this amount will be returned to users.

 

Payment by credit cards

 

26. Users agree that payment by credit cards can be made by the following methods:

 

• Payment via platform Beetours.com linked to;

 

• Payment via card machines provided by banks.

 

27. Users take responsibility for payment by their credit cards in accordance with conditions agreed with credit card companies. Beetours.com takes no responsibility for the use of credit cards of users. Users take responsibility for the reliability of the information about the credit cards updated on payment by credit cards to book plane tickets. When using credit cards for payment, users ensure that they are card owners or these card owners agree to allow users to use them. If there is any doubt about the accuracy of the credit cards or card owners’ identity, Beetours.com can refuse to credit card payment and immediately inform users.

 

28. Users agree that providing information of their credit cards (Full name of card owners, type of card, card number, card expiration date and CVV2/CV2 code) to Beetours.com does not mean that credit card companies agree to allow users to use them for payment. Beetours.com takes no responsibility for payment refusal and informs users immediately if it happens. In this case, users can choose other payment methods.

 

29. Users agree that if they pay by credit cards, they will be deducted an amount of money equivalent to the fare and service fee paid to Beetours.com and credit card charge (if any).

 

30. When providing their information, users agree to use their cards to pay for an amount of money equivalent to the fare and service fee paid to Beetours.com and credit card charge (if any). This payment is regarded as BOOKING payment.

 

31. Users’ credit cards are only verified in the working hours of Beetours.com supporting center. Beetours.vn’s working hours is prescribed in article A, item 7 of the Terms of Use. When users conduct ticket ORDERING and pay by credit cards, the ticket will be issued immediately if their credit cards are accepted. If they are refused, Beetours.com will inform users immediately.

 

32. If BOOKING is made via Beetours.com supporting center and payment by credit cards is made with a consultant of Beetours.com, he/she will send plane tickets to users if their payment is accepted. If not, Beetours.com consultants will inform users immediately.

 

33. Beetours.com will inform users immediately if information is not enough to verify their credit cards.

 

34. If payment by credit cards is not accepted, users can choose other payment methods or cancel BOOKING within the deadline. Users take responsibility for risks related to refusal of payment by credit cards.

 

35. Payment by credit cards is paid for BOOKING. Beetours.com asserts that this method does not ensure the fare will not be changed. Airlines can change the fare after users agree to make credit card payment. If it is changed after the payment is complete and before the ticket is issued, users are eligible for making decisions as prescribed in article C, item 9 of the Terms of Use.

 

Payment by transfer to Beetours.vn’s bank account  

 

36. Users can make transfer if this method is accepted in BOOKING confirmation. When making payment via transfer, users will receive payment confirmation from their bank. It does not mean that Beetours.com has received the money and the travel contract has been signed.

 

Payment in cash

 

37. Users can make payment in cash at the office of Beetours.com. They can also give cash to the bank accounts of Beetours.com. If using services of banks, users may have to pay transaction fee as requested by each bank. The information of bank accounts of Beetours.vnis presented in the BOOKING confirmation.

 

Payment via payment portal

 

38. Users can make payment by e-wallet. In any BOOKING, there is a link to a website that allows users to pay by e-wallet.  To access this website, users have to follow instructions in BOOKING.

 

39. Once accessing the website, users have to comply with its regulations, notifications and instruction.

 

40. Beetours.com is not the manager of this website. Therefore, Beetours.com takes no responsibility for issues related to e-wallet payment which is made pursuant to the contract or agreement between users and service providers. Beetours.com also takes no responsibility for any problems related to e-wallet payment, including provision of inaccurate and inadequate information.

 

41. After making payment by e-wallet, users will receive a confirmation of successful payment from payment portal. Within an hour, if users do not receive confirmation of successful payment, they need to contact service providers and Beetours.com supporting center (in the working hours) to find solutions.

 

42. Successful payment implies that Beetours.com has received confirmation that users make payment via payment portal.

 

Booking cancellation

 

43. Users can cancel BOOKING with booking deadline and before the ticket is issued by contacting Beetours.com supporting center in the working hours. BOOKING cancellation before booking deadline does not cost any cancellation fee.

 

44. Airlines can cancel BOOKING within booking deadline and before the ticket is issued because of some causes and inevitable incidents. If it happens, Beetours.com supporting center will promptly inform users via telephone or email in the working hours. In this case, users can make new BOOKING. Beetours.com does not ensure that attributes of new BOOKING are as same as those of cancelled BOOKING.

 

D. Ordering of plane tickets and other services

 

ORDERING refers to the act users enter the website of Beetours.com or call Beetours.com supporting team to buy plane tickets of LCC. BOOKING of tickets of traditional airlines is also called ticket ORDERING if BOOKING of tickets of traditional airlines could not be made due to some incidents out of Beetours.vn’s control.

 

1. Users make ORDERING on the website of Beetours.com, call Beetours.com or meet face-to-face.

 

2. Users agree with Terms of Use of Beetours.com when making ORDERING of tickets of Beetours.com.

 

3. To make ORDERING, users are required to provide the following information for Beetours.com or Beetours.com supporting center:

 

• Users’ personal information, especially full name, email and phone number. If users buy tickets for others, they also need to give information of ticket users;

 

• Requirements for additional services - If required by users;

 

• Necessary information to issue VAT bill;

 

• Payment methods.

 

4. ORDERING is not complete if lacking one of the four above items.

 

5. To conduct ORDERING, users are asked to provide some information related to the tickets:

 

• Departure and destination;

 

• Departure date and return date;

 

• Number of adults, including the elderly, number of infants (0-2 years old), number of children (2-12 years old) and number of adolescents (12-24 years old).

 

• Nonstop flight is the only option;

 

• Flexibility in departure date and return date;

 

6. When starting ORDERING, users should check their information to be provided to ensure its accuracy. When deciding to make ORDERING, users should pay much attention to Fare, Service fee, Total costs, terms and conditions of using plane tickets of traditional flag carriers and LCC and Terms of Use of Beetours.com.

 

7. Users take responsibility for the accuracy of the information presented in item 3 as well as attributes for selecting flights.  

 

8. ORDERING is not as same as BOOKING.

 

9. Once receiving ORDERING of users, Beetours.com consultants will contact users via email or telephone to get confirmation of ORDERING information and inform them about ticket fare and seat status.

 

10. It is necessary to contact users via telephone or email to confirm ORDERING. If Beetours.com fails to contact users because of some incidents out of Beetours.vn’s control, ORDERING will be automatically cancelled by Beetours.com. Beetours.com will inform users about ORDERING cancellation and its causes via email.

 

11. Users’ ORDERING is confirmed via email including ORDERING code on the website of Beetours.com and all the information related to flight booked. Specifically, the ORDERING information includes:

 

• ORDERING code;

 

• Route;

 

• Ticket fare (please see regulations on ticket fare in item 13 below);

 

• Information about ticket user according to users’ reports;

 

• Possible payment methods.

 

12. ORDERING confirmation sent to users by Beetours.com is not a plane ticket and invalid to take any flight.

 

13. Users agree that ticket fare in ORDERING CONFIRMATION can be changed until the ticket is issued. The fare also can be changed even after users make payment for ORDERING.

 

14. When the change of ticket fare happens after ORDERING is made or from the time users receive ORDERING CONFIRMATION or users make payment before the ticket is issued, Beetours.com will immediately inform them via email or telephone. In this case, users are eligible for accepting to pay for the difference for ORDERING or cancelling ORDERING. If users decide to cancel ORDERING, they will receive all the money paid for ORDERING. It is LCC who takes responsibility for the change of the fare of their plane tickets and takes no responsibility for any costs incurred as a result of fare change. In accordance with the Terms of Use of Beetours.com. Beetours.com will buy tickets for users according to their ORDERING once they make payment.

 

15. Users understand that ticket fares and seat status of LCC are changed frequently. They can be changed at any time after users make ORDERING.

 

16. If users make payment after booking deadline presented in ORDERING CONFIRMATION and the change of ticket fare of, Beetours.com will inform users about it. Users are eligible for accepting to paying for the difference for ORDERING or cancelling ORDERING. No payment for the difference means ORDERING cancellation. If users decide to cancel ORDERING, they will receive all the money paid for ORDERING.

 

17. ORDERING is only made by the time ORDERING is sent to Beetours.com until the ticket is issued. Users are contacted via email or telephone in the working hours of Beetours.com supporting center.

 

18. When purchasing tickets of LCC, Beetours.com acts as a representative of users. Beetours.com takes no responsibility for LCC’s actions and mistakes. Users agree with principles and terms of use of LCC’s services.

 

19. The change in information of ORDERING can result in making new ORDERING. When there is a change in information of ORDERING, Beetours.com does not ensure that flights, ticket fares and seat status will not change.

 

20. Users agree that some interfaces of the website of Beetours.com may provide some advices on flights. They are intended to serve promotions and users can accept or refuse these advices. Accepting or refusing is the business of users and Beetours.com takes no responsibility for their decisions.

 

21. When sending ORDERING confirmation, Beetours.com attaches a link to its website. Users can read these Terms of Use by clicking on Terms of Use in the footer of the website of Beetours.com. The Terms of Use of Beetours.com can be sent to users by Beetours.com supporting center. With payment for completing ORDERING, users confirm that they understand and agree the Terms of Use of Beetours.com.

 

22. ORDERING confirmation sent to users by Beetours.com is not a plane ticket and invalid to take any flight

 

23. The total costs consisting of fare and service fee are in Vietnam Dong and included value-added tax (VAT).

 

24. Users receive e-ticket once they make full payment for ORDERING, including added amount as a result of fare change indicated in article DC, item 14 of the Terms of Use of Beetours.com.

 

25. Users understand that putting enough information into Payment as requested in ORDERING confirmation is a basis for completing ORDERING. Any delay or lack of information may lead to ORDERING failure.

 

E. purchase of plane tickets and other services

 

1. Users can buy tickets for themselves or others by BOOKING AND ORDERING when:

 

• Users are able to do it and take responsibilities for their behaviors;

 

• Users provide real information of theirs or of others;

 

• Users or others have full legal papers for travelling;

 

• Users use credit cards which they are cardholders or which are allowed to make payment by cardholders. Users understand that using fake credit cards or stealing others’ are violations of the Criminal Code.

 

2. Beetours.com issues the tickets once payments are complete by users in the working hours of Beetours.com and in accordance with the regulations in the Terms of Use. Depending on payment methods and in some cases, Beetours.com can issue tickets outside working hours. Information about holidays and days-off of Beetours.com supporting center is shown on the website of Beetours.com and can be sent via telephone to users. For tickets with issuance deadlines coinciding with holidays, Beetours.com may issue them in advance.

 

3. Beetours.com sends e-tickets to users via email when the tickets are issued. Beetours.com takes no responsibility for users’ failure to receive e-tickets because of wrong email address. If users do no not receive e-tickets, they should check anti-virus or spam programs to find out whether they prevent emails from Beetours.com, or directly contact Beetours.com

 

F. Cancellation of plane tickets and other services

 

1. Users agree that traditional carriers and LCC can cancel plane tickets (Airlines or LCC terminate travelling contracts) after tickets are issued due to some of their subjective reasons or inevitable events. Traditional airlines or LCC take responsibility for this cancellation.
